Compression is a powerful tool.
I learned this a few years ago when juggling projects around a travel and event shipping schedule.
That day before take off, or shipping something out, was always incredibly productive.
Those natural deadlines are easier targets for the neurodivergent.
The trick to using this tool when you need, is focusing on the positive outcomes.
I spent years using compression all wrong, panic mode.
Making results sure, but riding this roller coaster from high productivity to zombie land.
Flip it around, reverse it.
Know that you’re going to have ups and downs, accept it. Focus on the outcomes, not the panic.
Consistent progress, not manic sprints.
Crunch, on your terms. (Because yes, you’ll still need to on occasion. And using these powers for good feels awesome)
Learn every day, be patient with yourself, and you’ll get where you need to be.
